DUTY RECOVERY (REFUND OF ERRONEOUS CUSTOMS DUTIES)
…We take our duties seriously! Yes….we do take our DUTIES seriously, especially yours! Our aim is to ensure that our Clients pay only the absolute necessary customs duties, whilst still taking into consideration their overall responsibility and compliance with Australian Customs Service’s stringent regulations and audit processes. We offer a FREE audit service of your previous ‘Customs Entries’ to look for important compliance matters and potential for refunds.
How we get paid for this FREE service you ask? The answer is simple….no Refund to you….no charge by us! We only get paid if you are eligible for a refund for any discrepancies performed in the past by your previous Customs Brokers. Once you authorize us to lodge ‘Post Warrant Amendments’ (PWA’s) on your behalf, only then will you be charged for the service. Our service charge is merely 30% of the total refunds eligible or $100 + Gst per PWA, whichever is higher. But remember this charge is only for obtaining refunds on shipments lodged/cleared erroneously by your previous Customs Brokers in the past. We will not charge you a cent for amending those entries we lodged on your behalf as your authorized Broker…that is still a FREE service to you!
