We will not charge you any additional service fees for any amendments to Customs Entries we processed on your behalf in the past, even if the mistake was no fault of ours. Unlike other multi-nationals who shirk their responsibility when it comes to lodging ‘Post Warrant Amendments’ (PWA’s), citing “Error by the Client” or charging exorbitant rates to perform this task, we at KGCS will work in cooperation with you, the Client, to ensure total Compliance and peace of mind.

We understand your urgency and will 'Pre-Clear' your shipment as soon as we receive the complete paperwork. If you have provided all the required documentation well in advance of the shipment ETA, you can rest-assured your clearances are in safe hands.

We know how frustrating it is to get asked the same questions time and time again by Customs staff …We will ensure not to frequently trouble you with such trivial matter for repeated shipments of the same commodities from the same suppliers. We know how busy you are constantly developing and improving your business. We will update our electronic database with all the information used in the past to clear previous shipments and will refer to it first, and not harass you constantly.

Over the past few years now, you as the importer would have encountered several situations wherein a missing or non-acceptable Packing Declaration would have caused you pain and additional expenses by way of AQIS inspections / Storage charges. We at KGCS pride ourselves at being proactive in foreseeing such issues and this is why we have come up with this ‘value-added service’ at no additional cost to our Clients. Yes….We will liaise, “Free of charge”, on your behalf, with your supplier for “Annual Packing Declarations”. We understand how ‘Time-Consuming’ and ‘Pain-staking’ it is at times to communicate and educate overseas suppliers with Australia’s quarantine laws. We will remove this burden off you by arranging for this particular piece of documentation from them, thereby resulting in smooth, faster and cost-effective clearances of your future importations.

Unlike most other businesses that close @ 5:00 pm sharp or do not work on weekends, we have dedicated staff who will attend to your clearances even after hours or on weekends if the need arises. We offer this service as a standard package….and do not charge any premium for clearing shipments out of office hours. You can rest assured there will be no surprise amounts in our Invoice to you.
